Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through velodaily.com and your use of the Velodaily website.

Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our:

1. About us

The website and products are operated by Velodaily.

Trading name: Velodaily

Business address: 7 Sandy Lane, Doncaster, DN4 5ET, United Kingdom

Email: founder@velodaily.com

If Velodaily is operated by a limited company, partnership or other legal entity, replace the business details above with the entity’s full legal name and registration details before publishing these Terms.

2. Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • use the website in a way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful material;
  • copy, reproduce or exploit website content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • use the website to submit information that is false, misleading, unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.

3. Product information and food supplements

Velodaily Momentum is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product descriptions, images, ingredients, serving instructions and other information are provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate, but minor differences may occur between website images and the product packaging supplied.

You should read the product packaging and safety information before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not use a product if you are allergic to any listed ingredient. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product.

Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction.

The website does not provide medical, nutritional or healthcare advice. Information on the website should not be used as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product or change a product’s formulation, packaging or description. Any change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless we are required to do so for legal or safety reasons.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order but before we accept it, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that product.

5. Prices

The price payable is the price displayed on the website when you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before you complete your order.

We may change prices, discounts or promotional offers at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. Where promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms apply to that offer.

6. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order-confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance.

Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct any errors. Please check your order, delivery address, product selection and subscription details carefully before completing payment.

We may reject or cancel an order where, for example:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • we cannot verify or process payment;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
  • delivery is unavailable to the selected address;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
  • the order would breach applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable delivery charge.

Your order confirmation and these Terms form the contract between you and Velodaily. We will provide the contract in a durable format, normally by email.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment information is processed by our payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend fulfilment and contact you for an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by a payment provider.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.

Our current estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us at founder@velodaily.com with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider and take the steps required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if goods are not delivered within the period agreed with you or, where no period is agreed, within the legal period required under applicable law.

9. Purchase options

You may purchase Momentum in either of the following ways:

One-time purchase

  • Price: £24 per bottle
  • Supply: 90 capsules, intended as a 45-day supply when taken as directed
  • Payment: one payment at checkout
  • Renewal: none

Subscribe and save

  • Price: £18 per bottle, subject to the price displayed at checkout
  • Supply: 90 capsules, intended as a 45-day supply when taken as directed
  • Delivery frequency: every 45 days unless a different frequency is shown at checkout
  • Payment: recurring payment using the payment method authorised at checkout
  • Renewal: continues until cancelled

The price, delivery frequency, next payment date, delivery charges and any applicable promotional terms will be displayed before you complete a subscription order. You should check these details carefully before placing the order.

10. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel, skip or reschedule a subscription at any time using the subscription-management link provided in your account or order emails, or by contacting us at founder@velodaily.com.

We do not require 30 days’ notice to cancel a subscription. To prevent the next renewal payment and shipment, cancel before the next scheduled payment is processed. We recommend cancelling at least 3 working days before the next scheduled payment to allow for processing, but this is not a condition of cancellation.

If a payment has already been taken or an order has already entered fulfilment, the cancellation will normally apply to future renewals and we may be unable to stop that shipment. This does not affect any statutory cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights you may have. Contact us promptly if you want us to investigate an order that has already been paid for or dispatched.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been accepted or dispatched. We will confirm the effective date of cancellation and any available refund or return options.

We may change a subscription price or delivery frequency for future orders only after giving reasonable advance notice and explaining how you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Cancellation rights for online purchases

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to cancel an order for goods within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. You do not usually need to give a reason.

To cancel, contact us clearly in writing at founder@velodaily.com before the cancellation period expires. You may use the model cancellation wording at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to use that wording.

After telling us that you are cancelling, you must send the goods back within 14 days unless we have agreed another arrangement. Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed to pay the cost, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the least expensive standard delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We will make any refund using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We will normally issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.

Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons

Where a product is delivered sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may not apply after the seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or does not match its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at founder@velodaily.com, including your order number and photographs where helpful.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We may ask you to return the product so that we can inspect it or arrange an appropriate remedy.

Do not consume a product that you believe is damaged, contaminated, tampered with or unsafe. Keep the packaging and batch information where possible.

13. Momentum 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for a customer’s first purchase of Momentum.

To request a guarantee refund:

  1. Email founder@velodaily.com within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Include your name and order number.
  3. Tell us briefly why you are requesting the refund.
  4. Follow any return instructions we provide.

The guarantee applies to the product purchase price for the first Momentum order. It does not remove or restrict any statutory rights you have. Delivery charges, return costs and later subscription orders are dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the specific information provided at checkout.

We may refuse a guarantee claim where there is evidence of fraud, repeated misuse or abuse of the guarantee. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

14. Returns

For return instructions, contact founder@velodaily.com before sending anything back.

Unless otherwise agreed, send returns to:

Velodaily
7 Sandy Lane
Doncaster
DN4 5ET
United Kingdom

Do not send a return without first contacting us, as we may be unable to identify or process it.

Where you cancel under the statutory cancellation right, you must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We may reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, except where the goods are faulty or the law provides otherwise.

15. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • it is your own content or you have permission to submit it;
  • it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, misleading or defamatory;
  • you have disclosed any incentive or compensation connected with the content.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit for length or formatting, publish and display the content in connection with Velodaily and its marketing, provided we do not materially alter the meaning of your statement.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. We do not guarantee that submitted content will be published.

16. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including names, logos, trade marks, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, audio, page design and software, belongs to Velodaily or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Velodaily’s intellectual property to you.

17. Links and third-party services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, delivery, review, analytics and subscription providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Website availability and information

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.

We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including errors involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges or availability. Where an error materially affects an order already accepted, we will contact you and explain your options.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of your statutory consumer rights;
  • defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you use products for business, trade or resale purposes, different legal provisions may apply. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, our products are supplied for personal consumer use only and not for commercial resale.

20. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, industrial action, transport disruption, utility failure, cyberattack, supplier failure, government action or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.

If an event outside our control affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

21. Privacy and marketing

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will send marketing emails or text messages only where permitted by applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing laws. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Transactional messages, such as order, delivery, account and service communications, may still be sent where necessary to provide the service or fulfil the contract.

22. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at founder@velodaily.com with your name, order number and details of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this process limits your right to contact your local Trading Standards service, Citizens Advice or another appropriate body.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

If we make a material change affecting future use of the website or future subscription orders, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.

24. Transfer of rights and obligations

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent, except where the law permits this.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of the business, provided this does not reduce your rights under these Terms.

25. Severance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right. A waiver is effective only if given in writing.

27. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly referred to in them, form the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the website and purchase of products, except where the law requires otherwise.

28. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland and mandatory local law gives you additional rights or requires another law to apply.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing.

29. Model cancellation wording

You may use the following wording to cancel an order, but you do not have to use this exact wording:
